Membership Agreement

General

By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the Oz Properties Terms and Conditions of Use, the Oz Properties Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the network of Oz Properties sites.
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of Oz Properties in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:

• discontinue your use of Oz Properties; and
• terminate your membership by notifying Oz Properties in writing.

Membership Information

When registering as a member of Oz Properties, you must provide Oz Properties with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Oz Properties of any changes to that information. All personal information you provide Oz Properties as a member will be treated in accordance with the Oz Properties Privacy Policy.

Username and Password

Once you become a member of Oz Properties, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password. You must notify Oz Properties immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.

Advertising on Oz Properties

By advertising on Oz Properties, you agree to be bound by Oz Properties Terms and Conditions of Use.

Termination and alterations by Oz Properties

Oz Properties may at its discretion terminate your membership of, or access to Oz Properties at any time. If this happens we will notify you. In such event:

• You are no longer authorized to access Oz Properties;
• You will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you by these terms & conditions; and
• All licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by Oz Properties and limitations of Oz Properties liability set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on Oz Properties will survive.

Updates to Oz Properties Real Estate Site

Oz Properties may change or discontinue any feature of Oz Properties including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access.
Oz Properties may change and update these terms and conditions, the Oz Properties Terms and Conditions of Use or the Oz Properties Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of these documents will be posted on each Oz Properties site. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of the Oz Properties after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
